There is a big difference between "telling" and "training". Training is like sports. A good coach will teach by example and train their players by "running the plays before they play the game". Sales people, like athletes, are the key to performance at the dealership. My training is different and gets better results
- There are 4 Personality Types that have been recognized for over 50 years. Most sales training is just cut & paste of programs that were developed 20-30 years ago, and sadly, so are many of the current trainers as they have not managed dealerships in about the same length of time nor have most achieved my level of success. So, the class is taught from 4 perspectives, not one, which can more than double your closing ratio overnight. Techniques I teach have been tested in the field, recently, for the last 17 years, through 3 recessions, and have produced results 2 to 4 times greater than most of the industry averages. Second, VT is good, DVD's are good, but training is like sports, if you don't run the plays over and over before playing the game you are going to fumble the ball.......
