I want to develop my students, not replace them month after month. I keep developing TOOLS for them to be successful, such as a personalized web page that is constantly changing. Approved by the dealer, the page opens with a personal message from the sales person that can be changed by them within minutes, dealer pix and logo, specials of the day/week, live video chat with customers, email and newsletter responders, etc.
Student Role-Play Network. My classes are LIVE & Interactive. I want students to practice in class, not on customers. During my webinars, from anywhere in the country, my students can record their role-play with a camera, or smartphone, and upload it my website. The entire class can watch, vote on the best, and the winner is rewarded with cash prizes daily.
Student-2-Student Network. Learning is progressive. People continue to learn from different people. I created a sales "Facebook" for my students to join free and to stay in touch, learn, share, etc. on a regular basis. Share success stories with each other (reinforcement training), share things that are not working and students help each other solve problems with techniques, etc. ie. I used this "technique" and it worked great.. this is what I did....... I am using the "debit card" referral technique and it's working great... this is how I am doing it.... I tried "this" technique and it didn't work for me.... who else is using the technique successfully and how are you doing it... help me to improve.......
