I have trained thousands of sales people, managers, and dealers throughout several years and have been associated with dealership groups ranked in the TOP 1% in the world. My focus has been to develop good sales person and retain them, vs replace them whenever possible. Retention leads to increased volume (you can DOUBLE your sales & this is one of the key ingredients- high turnover leads to lower volume because of inexperience, no customer base, higher ad costs, etc) , repeat customers and retention, lower advertising costs, higher gross profits, and happier employees as they are making good money.


Automotive Shopping Network

One of the first Dealership Infomercials, I wrote, hosted, and co-produced the Automotive Shopping Network in 1992 through 1995, a weekly and Saturday morning 30-minute infomercial featuring the dealership. The showed produced sales averaging 100 extra sales a month
